JENNIFER LIMVORRATRE
After dealing with anxiety & panic attacks, struggling with self-harm, and living with chronic body pain, Jenn embarked on a journey of self-discovery. In that journey, she discovered that body movement, healing energy & frequencies, vocal release, and self-healing touch are very effective and powerful tools to release stress & tension, and find inner peace.
Jenn is a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, 200-RYT Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master. She is a mother, an animal advocate, and owned a small 501c3 rescue group (Maggie's Angels) in the Keller community for 10 years. She enjoys dancing, concerts, reading, writing, eating new foods, puzzles, anything artsy-craftsy, and being in nature.
DOM PHONGSAVATH
Dominique "Dom" Phongsavath is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Yoga in Nature Specialist with over a decade of dedicated practice.
Known for her grounding and approachable teaching style, Dom creates a welcoming space for all students, whether they’re exploring yoga for the first time or seeking gentle, supportive movement during pregnancy.
Dom's philosophy centers on helping others discover the transformative power of yoga—building strength, finding ease, and fostering connection within themselves and the world around them. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her enjoying nature, hiking, or leading outdoor yoga sessions.
